Shipping is available all over the world, but only if the weather permits. Continental Airlines is the primary airline we use to ship our babies. We have had only the best experience with them and they can also ship year round because of pressurized, climate controlled shipping areas in the airplanes. The only other airline we may use is Northwest Airlines. They ship only VIP and it is slightly more expensive. Continental will not allow the shipment of French Bulldogs over 6 months old and/or over 20lbs.
The cost of shipping varies greatly on the price of gasoline. Currently the price to ship a puppy is between $275-$300. If we are to be shipping and adult the cost is between $300-$350. A lot does have to do with the airline used as VIP with Northwest is more expensive. The cost includes all of the necessities to ship a puppy including: *kennel *health certificate *flight
The health certificate is required by the airline. The certificate is obtained from a veterinarian during the puppy exam. It states that the puppy is old enough, 8 weeks, and that the puppy is also healthy and able to fly. Without this certificate the airline will NOT allow the puppy to fly.
The shipping fee is due two weeks before the puppy is to be shipped. This is so that we are able to secure flight reservations.
Cypress Farm Kennel has designated shipping days. During the holidays we ship weekly on Fridays only. With the price of gasoline and the great distance we have to travel to and from the airport, we hate to be driving every day to ship. There may be extenuating circumstances that possibly will change the day of shipping, but there will only be weekly shipping dates.
We have shipped puppies everywhere in the continental United States, Alaska and even overseas. Cypress Farm puppies are located in Germany and Japan. Please contact us about shipping to a country outside of the United States. We cannot guarantee that we can ship to a specified country.
